RESERVATIONS

We reserve the right to exercise 'artistic license' when making our glass figures. Some times we will alter the figures slightly to give them individuality. This could be in the way of, for example, changing the head direction, arms and how they are positioned, hairstyle on figures, the position of the diver's knife. Each figure is individually made by hand and therefore will be unique; this makes your purchase extra special.

To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you have authorised the Jshop payment gateway to provide us), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.  You may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for a custom order for example), if you contact us directly.

We use your information as necessary to comply with our obligations under the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Information about our customers is important to our business.  We share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances.  Specifically, we share information with the Paypal payment gateway as necessary to provide you our services and comply with our obligations under both the Paypal Policy and Paypal Terms of Use.

However, we may also be required to retain this information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements.

We want our customers to feel confident about their purchase; therefore, all products are covered by our 14 Day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please return it within 14 days of receipt, using original packaging material, for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping and handling. *See Footnote below for additional information.

Should an item arrive damaged, please notify us immediately.  You must retain all packaging and provide proof by sending images of damage including the packaging.

Product Returns

Before returning a product, covered by our 14 Day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee, please contact us at info@diversgifts.com to get a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Returns will not be accepted without one. Please package any product returns in original packaging if possible and enclose a copy of your receipt and the RAN we provide you with. We will issue a refund to the Paypal account within 7-10 working days of receiving the damaged item(s).

Please ensure that the item you return is correctly packaged to prevent damage.  If an item is received damaged, it will be the responsibility of the buyer to process a claim through the shipper (for example Royal Mail) for compensation.  Diver's Gifts & Collectables will not issue a refund under these circumstances.

About Ordering

Online

When you place your order online, your credit card is NOT charged until your order is processed and ready for shipment. Once you have placed your order you will receive confirmation by email. After your credit card is processed, you will receive a receipt that breaks down your charges.

Our online ordering process is secure and easy to use. Simply browse our site, select currency and click on the "Add to Cart" button next to the product you wish to buy. You can view the contents of your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "View Cart" button. Upon viewing the contents of your shopping cart, you can add or delete items, change the quantity, and then proceed to checkout if you wish. During the checkout process, you can choose a shipping method, calculate shipping/postage costs, and enter your billing, shipping/postage, and payment information.

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Money Orders using PayPal (www.paypal.com). Online orders must be paid before item is shipped. If preferred, you can mail us your order and we will send you a Paypal invoice; shipping when payment has been made.

Shipping Policies

UK Only

Most orders are posted within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt via Royal Mail First Class or Standard Parcel (no tracking). You will choose your method of postage at checkout. Postage charges are calculated according to total weight, destination and service. The charge quoted comes directly from the Royal Mail postal tariff and hence there are no added handling charges or hidden fees. You will be notified when your order has shipped. If your order requires a service that we do not offer please contact us at info@diversgifts.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

International (Outside the UK)

Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt via Royal Mail Airmail or Airsure. Our site will not provide you with these shipping rates, so please email us at info@diversgifts.com for this information.

US Only

Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt via UPS or USPS. You will choose your method of shipping at checkout. Your shipping cost is calculated according to total weight, destination and service. The quote comes directly from the courier and hence there are no added handling charges or hidden fees. You will be notified when your order has shipped. Orders shipping via UPS will receive a shipping notification by email from Quantum View Notify, along with a link to UPS that will allow you to track your shipment. Small orders, such as individual keyrings or coffee mugs, will be shipped via USPS, unless otherwise specified by the customer. If your order requires a service we do not offer please contact us at info@diversgifts.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Back Orders

It is our goal to make sure all items are in stock. If an item is on back order, we will contact you with the approximate ship date and notify you as soon as the item is available to confirm your order before processing your credit card.

Duties & Taxes (International):

We are required by law to accurately report the value and contents of international shipments. We strictly abide by this law; therefore, please do not ask us to undervalue the content on customs declaration forms. Our shipping costs do not include any courier brokerage fees, or duties and taxes that you might be charged by your country. Please refer to the specific rules and regulations set forth by your country to anticipate any fees that you will be required to pay.
Returns will not be accepted if the customer refuses to pay these fees. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their country's relevant customs authority.
 
* Please note we do not refund return shipping charges unless there if a valid reason for your return i.e. a breakage or wrong gift purchased/sent.
There is no cash refund for custom glass orders; an in-store credit note/voucher will be issued for the amount less shipping and handling.
